As with all online forums, it is important to be sensible about the information shared. The security and privacy of our players is of paramount importance to Rovio and we hope that whoever is playing our games also takes their privacy and security into account when chatting online.
In many Rovio games a player can choose a username so that they are identifiable in chat and on leaderboards. This username can often be automatically generated, but for most games there is also the possibility to make your own choice of nickname.
When choosing a nickname, we strongly recommend that our players choose a name that is not identifiable to their real life. This includes avoiding the use of real names or any personal contact information.
We do not store any credit card information related to in-game purchases as the payment transactions are completed through Apple's App Store, Google Play or Windows 10 Store (depending on your device) via the personal email address associated with that account.
